====== Character Backgrounds ======

A //background// provides a package of starting skills and equipment for a character. It does not affect what a character does after character creation, but simplifies the initial process of creating a character. **YAGS Fantasy** assumes that new characters are relatively young and inexperienced, and that the 'story' of the campaign is them growing in skills and experience.
